Service Description
Cleaning and polishing of your ceramic or steel charcoal grill. Standard sizes only, we do not clean commercial or competition type smokers. For ceramic grills, we only manually clean the interior because of the porous nature of the unfinished ceramic material inside. We will brush and scrape off as much material as we can, but the inside of your ceramic grill will remain black & seasoned :)
Cancellation Policy
Because of our limited schedules we do take a $25 deposit taken at time of booking to reserve the cleaning slot. The remaining balance due at time of service. We hope you'll respect our time so to cancel or reschedule please contact us with at least 24 hour notice before your scheduled service. We will gladly refund your deposit with 24 hour notice of cancellation. Because we are working outside we are at the mercy of the weather and may need to reschedule due to storms, rain, etc. Thanks in advance for understanding!
